David Scott’s historic images of the Venice Beach crowd in the 70s summarizes perfectly why we should have been born 20 years earlier. His images of surf rats, beach babes, skaters, hippies, dealers and posers is an awesome time travel into early surf and skate culture!

Nice! Check out the little trailer of the Crash at the Beach exhibition on Rebel TV with the boys from Kingdrips!
Check out this awesome video of Faith47, one of Cape Town’s most inspiring artists. She had been helping us a lot since the beginning setting up this brand and designed the original logo 5 years ago.

Coming friday, the 21st January the Helping Hounds of Hell exhibitions opens at the Berliner Art Project Gallery. Besides other great artists, the guys from Kingdrips and 44flavours beautified several skateboards and shoes. Go there, buy stuff and feel good!
On January 14th we visited the Guten Tag exhibition in the Word of Art Gallery in Cape Town. The Hamburg based boys from We Are Visual exhibited their work besides more than 40 local South African talents. Word of Art showed one more time that Cape Town is right there at the top when it comes to art and style. Check out www.a-word-of-art.co.za
